A beautiful blend of Colombian Supremo and Ethiopian Yirgacheffee (Grade A) , there is no going back and it will leave you wanting more!
In my opinion, best served using cafetiere, pour over (V60 or equivalent) & or dripper.
Tasting notes
- There are jasmine and honey aromatics, vivid citrus notes, dashes of cardamon and nutmeg spice, fruit notes, chocolate, caramel notes, nice and smooth after taste
- A medium-bodied coffee with a sweet, nut-like aroma and a smooth taste that is easy to enjoy every morning.
- This coffee has a well-balanced acidity and a delicate body. It starts off sweet and with slight notes of tart fruit and dark-cocoa with a final note of acidity.
